    * Canadian clients may transmit payment in Canadian Dollars via cheque,
    or electronic transfer.  

    Expenses will be added as accrued.

    Hourly rates are charged for research, file preparation, sorting,
    consultation or similar work.  A quote will be provided upon request.

    Quotes provided for large, long-term or expedited projects on a per case
    basis.

    Standard turn-around time for summaries is five business days.

    Table of contents; and/or charts of undertakings, under advisements, and
    refusals are available for an additional charge.  Customized format
    available upon request.

    Transcripts are delivered to Transcript Summary Services, LLC, and
    completed summaries returned to the client, in electronic form.  Hard
    copies can be accommodated.  

    Accounts over 30 days will be assessed a service charge of ten percent
    (10%) per annum.

    All projects are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and every effort
    made to avoid conflicts of interest.
