    * Canadian clients may transmit payment in Canadian or U.S. Dollars via
    cheque, or electronic transfer.  Billings in Canadian Dollars will be based
    on the U.S. Dollar rate above and converted to Canadian Dollars using
    the Bank of Canada USD-CAD noon exchange rate for the date of billing.

    Expenses will be added as accrued.

    Hourly rates are charged for research, file preparation, sorting,
    consultation or similar work.  A quote will be provided upon request.

    Quotes provided for large, long-term or expedited projects on a per case
    basis.

    Standard turn-around time for summaries is five business days.

    Table of contents; and/or charts of undertakings, under advisements, and
    refusals are available for an additional charge.  Customized format
    available upon request.

    Transcripts are delivered to Transcript Summary Services, and completed
    summaries returned to the client, in electronic form.  Hard copies can be
    accommodated.

    All projects are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and every effort
    made to avoid conflicts of interest.
