Hourly rates are charged for research, file preparation, sorting,
consultation or similar work. A quote will be provided upon request.
Quotes provided for large, long-term or expedited projects on a per case
basis.
Standard turn-around time for summaries is five business days.
Summaries are provided in two-column format with page:line reference to
the left and summary to the right and include topic headings. A table of
contents listing topic headings is available for an additional charge.
Customized format available upon request.
Transcripts can be delivered to Transcript Summary Services in hard
copy or electronic form. Transcripts and completed summaries will be
returned according to the method and format requested by the client.
All projects are treated with the utmost confidentiality, and every effort
made to avoid conflicts of interest.
